Ive been wanting to work there for the longest! Either in Ventura CA, or Thousand Oaks CA Its my favorite store, but how old do you have to be? I just moved to Tehachapi from Sacramento-where I had 2 climbing gyms along with a plethora of outdoor climbing locations.
